Current prices and dates are shown on the next page. Please follow instructions on the online form. An email notification will be sent to you upon submission.

 

1. Send your payment(s) promptly to complete the registration process. Late payments may prevent you from being accepted. If you are paying in cash, then please contact Bruce to arrange a time to drop off your payment. Don't send cash in the mail.

 

2. Send your head shot (jpg) and Resume (WORD doc) to email bruceclayton@westernproactorslab.com. Please send these on the same day as you apply online, referencing the Application ID# in the Subject line.

 

3. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Bruce will contact you by phone or by email after the deadline date to confirm your acceptance into class.
